By accessing and using the SACON Recruitment & Placement Cell portal, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

• Applicants must be Indian Nationals unless otherwise specified in the advertisement.
• You must meet the educational qualifications and age criteria stated in the relevant job notification.
• Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification and may attract legal action.

2. Account & Application

• Each applicant may register only one account per advertisement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Applications once submitted cannot be edited. Ensure all details are accurate before final submission.
• SACON reserves the right to reject incomplete or ineligible applications without notice.

3. Application Fee

• Where an application fee is applicable, it must be paid online through the designated payment gateway.
• The fee is non-refundable except in cases of technical failure attributable to SACON's systems.
• Fee exemptions, if any, are as specified in the individual advertisement.

4. Document Submission

• All uploaded documents must be clear, legible, and in the prescribed format and size.
• Original documents will be verified at the time of interview or joining.
• SACON is not responsible for documents submitted incorrectly by the applicant.

5. Selection Process

The selection process is governed solely by SACON's recruitment policies. SACON reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone any recruitment at any stage without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of SACON and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SACON shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this portal, including but not limited to technical errors, data loss, or interruption of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

9. Changes to Terms

SACON reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
